Interpreting service process:
1. Confirmation of demands
Confirmation of demands such as the time and location of meeting, number of interpreters, forms of interpreting, and number of devices required.
2. Customized interpreting program
① Screening of interpreters: We select interpreters according to their experience, their proficiency in certain fields and their location, all to meet our clients’ needs.
② Equipment selection: We use the world-class German Bosch II 8-channel simultaneous interpreting device.
③ Technical team: An experienced technical team will help deal with any signal coverage issues or on-site technical issues should they arise.
④ Emergency measures: Backup programs are put in place in case of emergencies such as weather, traffic, equipment failure, and interpreters becoming ill.
3. Service by dedicated staff throughout
Preparations before the meeting: Gather information, arrange interpreters’ travel, and install equipment.
On-site service: Issuing of receivers, equipment testing, and unexpected needs.
Summary after the meeting: Preparation of recording, equipment collection, record of feedback, and post-meeting summary.
