3. Project supervision
Spot checks of translation materials in the middle of service (terminology checks, spot checks for mistakes and checking the satisfaction of special requirements of customers) → professional proofreading → quality control → typesetting → expert review.
4. Submission of finished product
The final documents are submitted to the client after the project compliance review. If necessary, the project team will make further improvements upon receiving the customer’s feedback.
5. After-sales service
Gather technical terms, customer feedback, and translator evaluations, and then update the customer files.
